Mr. Aloysius Wee

Aloysius is the managing partner of boutique law firm, AQUINAS LAW ALLIANCE LLP and practises in the Intellectual Property and Technology and Corporate Practice Groups. He is currently the Chairman of the ASEAN Legal Alliance a legal network of 10 ASEAN law firms. He advises on cross-border joint ventures, investments and mergers and acquisitions of technology companies and start-ups. Aloysius also advises on the initial coin offerings and crypto currency related work. He has assisted clients with their ICOs in Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, Malta and Labuan. He has advised on the legal framework and regime for a free trade zone in ASEAN for the setting up of a Digital Asset Exchange as well as a SME Stock Exchange.
